Adult Counselling Services

Counselling and therapy for relationship stress

Mind Map Counselling is a service that provides consultation for your mental health with an integrative approach. The services are not a typical or trademarked brainstorming but rather a combination of therapeutic modalities. Narrative practice identifies themes in conversations. Psycho-education and neuro-psychology is often used to explain thought patterns. Trauma informed practice  allows for conversations to feel comfortable and flexible. All of these approaches are integrated to create an individualized plan to gain awareness and improvements to your mental health.

Relapse prevention

Social anxiety

Post Traumatic Stress Disorders

Personality Disorders

Relationship Counselling for individuals (not currently offering couples counselling)

Tools and Resources

What to expect in the counselling process

Typically the first couple sessions build some understanding in the therapeutic relationship and gather context of your background.


Once we have some understanding and context the next few sessions begin to address some of the concerns.


Allowance for a couple of sessions during the ending phase of the counselling process is also important. During this phase we can summarize our understanding and prepare for any application or follow up.
